How do I create an account and book into classes?

Once you've made this purchase, we welcome you to head to the timetable tab in your app and book in for your class.
I've never done Pilates before, where do I start?
Your life is about to be transformed! We are excited to be apart of your Pilates journey. We welcome you download the app, to register an account with us, purchase a single class or a class-pack and then proceed to book in for either a Reformer CLASSIC, or a Reformer FOUNDATION class. Our Reformer Foundation class is run fortnightly, and is a great way to learn the basics. If you wish to speak to us, get in touch via the CONTACT US tab.
How do I book in for a Reformer FOUNDATION?
Download the NAKARMA app, head to the timetable / schedule and book on in for the Reformer FOUNDATION class. This class is complimentary for first timers, and will be free at time of booking.
We run FOUNDATION once a month, so if you'd like to get your Pilates journey started but can not see a FOUNDATION class on the schedule - book on in for a Reformer CLASSIC class (CLASSIC is not complimentary and you will need to purchase a single class pass to attend).
What do I need to bring to my first class?
Come in comfortable activewear/clothing, and bring a drink bottle and a pair of grip socks. If you don't have a pair of grip socks you can purchase prior to class in the studio.
Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of Corlette, near Nelson Bay in NSW. Find us next to the Corlette General Store at 29 Sandy Point Road.
I'm pregnant, can I still come to class?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome pregnant people to all Reformer Classic Classes up to 16 weeks. After 16 weeks, you are welcome to join for any FLOW, or FIT class - dependent on your level of fitness. If you're unsure, please speak to us in the studio.
I have an injury, can I come to class?
If you're recovering from a specific injury we recommend speaking to us in the studio prior to booking a class. Alternatively, join us for a FOUNDATION class and we can assess you and advise which classes will be good for you.
Which class do I come to first?
We recommend your first class be a Reformer FOUNDATION class, whereby our studio founder will run you through the basics of Reformer Pilates. If you do not see a Reformer FOUNDATION on the schedule, please book in for a Reformer CLASSIC and arrive 15-mins prior to class so that your instructor can give you an orientation on the reformer.
I've booked my first class, but I can't make it. What do I do?
We have a 6-hour cancellation policy, if you know you can't make your class at-least 6-hours a head of time please go ahead and cancel. Your credit will be returned to your account (please note the expiry date for single-class passes is 7 days).
Can I bring my child to class?
We unfortunately can not cater to under 16, and all children aged between 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult in classes.
We do not have facilities for children to be in class or in the studio while you work out (unless they are able to sit unsupervised). If you would like to bring your children to the studio please call ahead so we can advise if they are suitable.
