EXTENSION CRITERIA - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Intro Offers, Special Offers, Casual Class Passes, and Membership are subject to the terms outlined in these terms and are excluded from extensions unless otherwise stated.
  2. Class Passes are made up of multiple Credits ie. 10 Class Pass has 10 credits.
  3. Extensions exist to enable those suffering from illness, injury or who provide services to our sovereign nation, to hold their credits open for a predetermined period of time.
  4. A holder of a class pass must in writing 7 Days prior to the class pass expiry date apply for an extension by emailing admin@nakarma.com.au with a reason for extension, providing any medical documentation to support the request.
  5. Extensions to class passes will be considered on case-by-case basis on application.
  6. In the event an extension is granted. All credit extensions will be charged at the difference of a 1 x full price credit (ie. $28) and the price of the original discounted credit purchased (ie. 10 pass = $20 per credit).

    The Formula:

(Full Price Class – Original discounted Credit Purchase price of 1 credit) x by the number of credits (remaining on the account) required for extension.   ($28-$20) x 4 = $32

Credits will be available for use for the number of weeks totaling the credit multiple.  Example: 10 Class Pass 4 credits required for extension – ($28-$20) x 4 = $32 (incl GST) Credits available for use for up to 4 weeks before ending their expiry period.
  7. Credit extension is available as a one off per Class Pass purchase.
  8. Credits are not transferrable, refundable and cannot be shared.
  9. Credits can only be extended if they meet the above conditions.
